The foundation of the School of Bakery and Culinary Art was laid more than a decade ago in 2010. The venture unfolded into being what it is today after we worked as a consultant for various restaurants and bakeries across the country. We started the consultancy in 2008 and moved ahead into embarking on teaching what we are most passionate about, ‘ SCIENCE BEHIND BAKING’.

Today we are a strong team of artisans and skilled bakers who are skilled in both teaching and baking. This combination has empowered us in the field and has given us recognition as one of the best in the industry.
