Plain & Artisan Bread

This module will provide intensive and extensive learning about how you can become a skillful artisan bread baker! From learning what artisan bread is, to giving a comprehensive outlook on how the yeast reacts with the environment, students are likely to become scrupulous in baking crusty, light, and delicious bread that is both gourmet and plain. The module will also cover various shapes, the kinds of flour that are used and the flavors of the bread.

Cookies

To make your tea time scrumptious and interesting, in this module you are about to go ahead and learn how to make cookies in a play-way method, while we teach you what Not to do, more than what you should do! You will learn how to make the most delicious cookies with simple ingredients, and techniques that you will never unlearn.

Chocolates
